You will work in meaningful roles supporting manufacturing, technology, operations, and customer success, with focus areas such as Production/Process Engineering, Equipment Reliability & Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ABET-accredited engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical).
• GPA 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Minimum 6 months of paid co-op/internship in engineering.
• Willingness to be on-call for plant area support when required.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering best practices to analyze and improve processes.
• Contribute to projects that enhance safety, product quality, reliability and equipment performance.
• Support manufacturing, technology, operations and customer success teams.
• Collaborate on initiatives across Production/Process Engineering, Maintenance and Automation.
