Job summary

Cadmus, a global advisory and implementation firm, is seeking a Junior Process Business Analyst in Austin to join a cross‑functional team. You will conduct user research, map PMO to FMO processes, gather requirements, and translate business needs into automated, scalable solutions.

You will work with stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities, document requirements, and support agile planning. Candidates should have a BA/BS and 2–4 years of BA experience, plus strong SDLC and agile

Qualifications

BA/BS and 2–4 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of SDLC and scaled agile delivery across multiple development teams.
Experience in data gathering and analysis for optimization decisions.
Proven experience creating development‑ready epics/features and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Document current and future state processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
Conduct user research to create PMO and FMO end‑to‑end process documentation.
Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify pain points and opportunities for cost‑effective transformations.
Identify automation and digitization opportunities within workflows and system handoffs.
Gather data for app rationalization and optimization decisions.
Standardize processes with stakeholders and manage new functionality requests.
