Minuteman Press of Chadds Ford is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Print Production Specialist to join our fast-paced and collaborative team! As part of the world’s largest and highest-rated digital print, marketing, and design network, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality print products while learning and growing within industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input and manage customer orders using our proprietary management software (training provided).
• Assist with creating and modifying design layouts and graphics to meet client specifications.
• Coordinate with the graphic designer and production team to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of projects.
• Support daily digital printing and bindery tasks such as cutting, folding, and finishing.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide outstanding service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace while handling multiple jobs independently.
• Prepare, package, and ship completed print jobs, ensuring quality control at every stage.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience (2+ years preferred) in print production, customer service, or in related industry.
• Ability to operate commercial printers and finishing equipment (e.g., Xerox, HP, Roland).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
• A creative mindset with eagerness to learn new tools and techniques.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction

Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, daytime hours
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
• Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
