WestLight Energy is seeking a Power Resources Specialist to join its team in San Mateo, CA. This entry-level role focuses on supporting the development and management of the electricity portfolio to ensure reliability, compliance, and progress toward 100% renewable goals.

The position involves settlements, contract administration, and regulatory reporting, with quarterly in-person meetings at the San Mateo office. Some travel may be required; CA residency and on-site work are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support Settlements: communicate with power suppliers, process invoices, validate charges, manage AP/AR, analyze data for settlements.
• Assist Contract Administration: organize files, monitor contract requirements, support CAISO integration, engage with stakeholders.
• Support Regulatory Compliance: prepare regulatory reports, assist with data requests, support Green-e certification.
