Clearway Energy Group in Houston, Texas, seeks a Settlements Analyst responsible for managing revenue billing and accounts receivable for large utility-scale solar and wind projects. You will work closely with teams to ensure compliance and effective reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, at least 2 years of experience in a relevant field, and knowledge of SAP. This role offers a hybrid work model and a salary range of $65,000 – $85,000, along with an annual cash bonus.
Reporting to the Director, Conventional Accounting, the Settlements Analyst is responsible for managing the revenue billing and accounts receivable process for large utility‑scale solar and wind plants, understanding contractual stipulations associated with "price" and "quantity" (as these inputs drive settlement activity), and managing documents and ensuring regulatory compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements. This position is also responsible for managing shadow settlements for various ISOs (independent system operators). This role collaborates internally with the Accounting team, Asset Management team, and Energy Risk Management team and externally with customers and other third parties.

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law. This role is eligible to earn an annual cash bonus, subject to personal and company performance goals.
