Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily in the data center market. This role involves assisting with planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and coordination with clients and subcontractors on-site at client projects.

The position requires 2–5 years of direct experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to read drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of direct construction/project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating project scope and costs
• Manage project expectations and execution of subcontractors
• Maintaining project documentation
• Tracking project expenses and budget; preparing reports
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors
• Attend and participate in project coordination meetings with owner/contractor/architect/engineer
• Research and preparation of change requests to resolve design issues for approval
• Research and recommend solutions to design document problems, including conflicts, interferences, and errors/omissions
• Monitor field work to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, specifications, and codes
• Assist with the submittal and RFI processes
• Assist in the early completion and tracking of billing
