• Review your schedule on your company iPad/iPhone.
• Deliver 6-star service at every home—repairs, replacements, troubleshooting.
• Communicate clearly with customers and present options.
• Record notes for the team and close out with payment collected.
• Head home knowing you made great money and made someone’s day.
