Compensation ranges from $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year, with benefits and a path for advancement. We provide a company car, flexible scheduling, and ongoing training in a family-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• A tradesmen license is required to operate their own truck.
• A utility endorsement allows the Technician to operate a truck doing drain cleaning and some installs.

Responsibilities

• Wear floor savers in client’s home and maintain a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service.
• Ensure the job was completed correctly and eliminate unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished.
• Explain services performed to the client upon completion, ensuring client satisfaction with all work.
• Convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times.

• Lead/Master Plumbers are considered senior level and typically have install crews and field manager opportunities
