Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops planning studies and reports to support updates to plans, programs and regulations.
• Reviews building permits or land development proposals for code conformance.
• Prepares and presents detailed reports to management, County Officials, and stakeholders.
• Collects and analyzes statistical data and prepares suitable visual aids.
• Coordinates community review and input for projects; provides public information on regulations.
