This on-site role requires meticulous record-keeping and timely communication with applicants, supervisors, and staff. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with security experience and an active Tier 2 clearance, with a commitment to privacy and compliance in government programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a security or intelligence field.
• Tier 2 security clearance or higher is required for this position.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of subject matter expertise in security or intelligence disciplines, with government programs.

Responsibilities

• Process personnel security investigations, reinvestigations, and clearance actions per federal requirements.
• Review and validate security questionnaires and background forms for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with applicants, employees, supervisors, investigators, and government agencies to obtain information.
• Maintain personnel security records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Support onboarding activities related to security clearances.
• Verify citizenship, identity, and credentialing requirements for access to sensitive information.
