Job summary

Candidates should have 2–4 years of post-JD experience, USPTO admission, and a strong grounding in electrical engineering or computer science.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of post-JD experience in patent prosecution and IP litigation.
• Admission to practice before the USPTO.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in MA, NY, CA, or DC.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute patent applications before the USPTO.
• Develop and manage strategic IP portfolios for clients.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior associates.
• Conduct pre-litigation diligence and draft pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare expert witnesses.
• Engage in post-grant proceedings, such as inter partes reviews.
• Take and defend depositions.
