Responsibilities

• Review and analyze title commitments and title documents
• Review surveys and identify potential issues affecting transactions
• Prepare and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, loan documents, easements, and related agreements
• Assist with commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions
• Support business and corporate transactions, entity formations, and general business matters
• Conduct due diligence and coordinate transaction closings
