LeoForce seeks a highly qualified Commercial Real Estate Attorney in Florida to handle complex CRE transactions and provide strategic legal guidance. The role requires a JD, Florida Bar admission, and at least 5 years of CRE experience, with strong research, writing, and negotiation skills.

The attorney will manage acquisitions, financing, leases, and development, while coordinating with lenders and title companies. Collaborative team environment and billable hours expected.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and development agreements.
• Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, and coordinate with title companies, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on real estate matters and develop innovative solutions to complex legal issues.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
• Meet billable hour requirements and record time efficiently.
