Job summary

The position offers base salary in the six-figure range with potential discretionary bonus, and exposure to cross-border matters across LA, New York, and Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certification required.
• 3–5 years of corporate paralegal or related experience.
• Financial services background preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate NDAs and joinders.
• Coordinate with external counsel on high-volume NDAs.
• Assist with corporate filings and entity management.
• Prepare entity structure charts and related reports.
• Support Know Your Customer and AML information requests.
