The role involves assisting with M&A, financing, reorganizations, and related filings, while maintaining corporate records and capitalization tables. A Bachelor’s degree and ABA-approved paralegal certificate are required, with 7+ years of boutique or mid-sized firm experience.

• Experience with M&A, private equity, venture capital and financing transactions.
• Strong knowledge of California corporate governance and entities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign and virtual data rooms.
• Excellent organizational, communication and project management skills.

Our client, an established Los Angeles boutique law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to support sophisticated corporate transactions and corporate governance matters.

Qualifications

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$120,000 – $150,000] Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
