You will own Asana hygiene, coordinate with suppliers, manage samples, and maintain clear approvals and records, while collaborating with PD, Creative, Marketing, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in packaging engineering, packaging development, or a related operations role.
• Working knowledge of packaging components, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and supplier specs.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Asana hygiene across all active packaging projects with updates on status, ETAs, and logs.
• Draft and send professional supplier communications; proactively follow up on samples, drawings, approvals, and ETAs.
• Track sample types and coordinate shipments between suppliers and offices within agreed timelines.
• Maintain organized, version-controlled records of approvals, rejections, and supplier communications.
• Coordinate with PD, Creative, Marketing, Quality, and Supply Chain to align on packaging needs and timelines.
