Job summary

Concentric is a global risk consultancy seeking a Junior Open-Source Intelligence Analyst to monitor threats and identify risks for a client in Singapore. The role cumulates OSINT, social media analysis, and case documentation within a 24/7 team.

You will synthesize intelligence from multiple sources, escalate with evidence, and stay compliant with privacy and policy guidelines while collaborating with GI and safety teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of OSINT, trust and safety, fraud, intelligence, or investigations experience.
• Hands-on open-source research skills: social media, Boolean search, reverse image search, geolocation.
• Clear, concise written communication for case notes and escalation.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours as part of a 24/7 team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor social media and open sources to identify client mentions and events.
• Investigate posts, connect promoters to client activity and accounts.
• Query account and reservation data using SQL to surface connections.
• Assess risk level and recommend mitigation or enforcement actions.
• Document each step in the case management system with evidence.
• Respect privacy guidelines and internal policies on case handling.
• Track cases, flag recurring patterns, and share insights with GI and partners.
• Research locations where clients may travel, noting safety and venues.
