Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the DCSA program. You will guide operational execution, collaborate with IT, logistics, security, and other stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement to meet organizational goals.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with DCSA policies and data security best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of operational principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with the DCSA IT environment and policies, is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., COM, PMP), is a plus.
