Qualifications

• Applicants may have backgrounds in retail, hospitality, logistics, administration, sales, customer service, or other industries.
• We're interested in people who demonstrate reliability, sound judgement, clear communication, and an ability to organise competing priorities.
• Previous management experience is not essential. Training is provided to help successful applicants develop the relevant operational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organising campaign schedules, team assignments, and daily priorities.
• Coordinate materials, resources, and preparation for promotional activities.
• Monitor operational requirements and communicate updates to relevant team members.
• Support communication between campaign teams and management.
• Assist with onboarding arrangements and training activities.
• Help ensure team members understand campaign objectives and daily responsibilities.
• Review daily activity and campaign performance against established targets.
• Identify operational problems and help implement practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, results, and outstanding issues.
• Contribute suggestions for improving efficiency and campaign delivery.
• Work alongside customer-facing teams to understand campaign execution.
• Support promotional sales and customer engagement activities when required.
• Assist with coordinating the transition between upcoming client projects.

About the Opportunity

We're expanding our Tampa operations and recruiting a Junior Operations Manager to support the daily organisation and delivery of client campaigns.

The role provides practical experience across operational planning, team coordination, performance monitoring, and the management of day-to-day business activities.

You'll work closely with campaign teams to understand how activities are organised, how resources are allocated, and how operational decisions affect customer experience and business results.

This is an entry-level management development opportunity. Previous operations management experience is not required.

We deliver promotional marketing, sales, and customer acquisition campaigns for clients across different industries.

Our operations function supports the people, schedules, materials, and processes required to deliver these campaigns consistently. As the Tampa team develops, we're looking for someone who can contribute to daily operations while building the skills needed for greater management responsibility.

Responsibilities

Daily Operations
