Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 0-3 years in network operations or a junior network role.
• Foundational networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching).
• Exposure to enterprise network management tools (Cisco/Juniper, SolarWinds).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise network devices, circuits, and services and acknowledge alerts.
• Perform first-line troubleshooting and verify device reachability and basic configs.
• Execute routine NOC tasks and document actions in ticketing systems.
• Maintain shift logs and ensure concise handoff communications.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and follow change/incident processes.
