Qualifications

• Enterprise networking experience with routing, switching, and wireless.
• Strong understanding of core TCP/IP networking concepts.
• Cisco and/or Meraki experience preferred.
• Experience with other enterprise networking platforms (Aruba/Juniper) is transferable.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day network operations and troubleshooting.
• Support Cisco and Meraki routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
• Assist with Palo Alto firewall-related network operations.
• Support LAN/WAN, wireless, and client connectivity across multiple sites.
• Assist with network equipment upgrades, replacements, and infrastructure projects.
• Work across networking, security, systems, and infrastructure needs as required.
• Learn the existing environment and develop deeper technical expertise over time.
