Job summary

Vision IT seeks an Associate Network Engineer to support NETCOM-enabled network operations, installation, and training tasks for Army enterprise capabilities. The role involves engineering support, testing, and sustainment of NETCOM information technologies, with emphasis on NetOps integration and mission-driven cybersecurity practices.

Qualified candidates will have either AA/AS with experience or a BS/BA, plus relevant certifications and an active security clearance.

Qualifications

• AA/AS +2, or BS/BA required; years of professional experience may substitute for a degree.
• One or more certifications: CCNA, JNCIA, DISA ACAS, Network+.
• Active Secret Clearance - TS/SCI strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Implement/support/monitor/troubleshoot network issues in physical or virtual environments.
• Support analyses for implementation techniques and tools for efficient network solutions.
• Resolve a wide range of network issues with a solution-oriented approach.
• Understand domain interrelations within the closed and enterprise networking environment.
