Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing network malfunctions and determine actions to restore operations.
• Support WAN/LAN installation, configuration and maintenance plans.
• Install and configure network equipment for voice, video and data services.
• Monitor network systems to ensure security and optimal resource use.
• Prepare written materials documenting activities and results.
• Assist in repairing network devices and related hardware.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information or direction as needed.
• Train users on network subsystems to improve effective use.
• Transport equipment and supplies to job sites as required.
