You will support our physical and cloud networking environment, working with senior engineers to ensure uptime, security, and optimal connectivity across offices and data centers.

The role emphasizes learning cloud networking, automation, security, observability, and AI-assisted IT operations while building strong problem-solving and documentation habits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Networking, CS, Cybersecurity.
• Zero to two years of professional experience.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching, and wireless fundamentals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching from senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network health and respond to alerts using observability tools.
• Assist with troubleshooting connectivity issues involving wired, wireless, VPN, DNS, and DHCP services.
• Support network hardware installations, replacements, and maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, inventories, and procedures.
• Learn cloud networking concepts and assist with connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments.
• Document troubleshooting findings and lessons learned; participate in training.
