Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year related networking experience.
• Strong knowledge of core networking, enterprise architectures.
• Experience with VLAN, STP, and routing (EIGRP/OSPF).
• Proficient with CLI on major network platforms.
• CompTIA Network+ certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Investigate operational alerts and fine-tune monitoring parameters.
• Address routine connectivity issues across Layer 2 and Layer 3.
• Carry out approved configuration updates and maintain performance metrics.
• Organize recurring findings, assist with maintenance and upgrades.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to validate corrective actions and ensure security.
