Job summary

Oneida Professional Services seeks a Junior Applications Developer to support the DINFOS Technology & Logistics program at Fort Meade, MD. You will design, develop, test, and maintain both custom and COTS applications to meet academic, administrative, and operational needs.

Responsibilities include SDLC participation, stakeholder collaboration, UI/workflow development, and documentation. You will ensure security, accessibility, and deployment readiness while growing skills across Microsoft stack.

Qualifications

• Experience building and supporting enterprise software in a professional setting.
• Strong proficiency with .NET technologies and app development frameworks.
• Experience with relational databases and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of SDLC, methodologies, and secure coding practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise applications.
• Participate in all SDLC phases from requirements to sustainment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Develop interfaces, reports, and UI workflows for applications.
• Create and optimize relational databases for performance and reliability.
• Support deployment and environment readiness; troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and user support materials.
• Ensure compliance with security and accessibility standards.
• Assist with web content management and security initiatives.
