Job summary

GreenXT is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support Navy technical programs with planning, management, and coordination of projects, tasking, resources, and schedules. The role offers direct support to project leads and involves maintaining tracking sheets, schedules, and training materials.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 1–2 years in an administrative role, and a DoD Secret clearance. Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• 1–2 years of administrative support experience.
• Records Management experience preferred.
• Navy Ship Change Documents knowledge preferred.
• Experience installing Windows software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Project Leads or Program Leads.
• Develop and maintain tracking sheets, purchase order tracking, material tracking, advisories tracking, and other similar items.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of project plans/schedules.
• Track weekly team action items.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of onsite shipboard support schedules and travel schedules.
• Provide configuration management support of technical data using Shared Drives or SharePoint tools.
• Assist with the development and updating of technical training materials and presentations.
• Provide analysis support.
