Job summary

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and will assist with tasks such as preparing cash reconciliations, monitoring transactions, and client inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level role requiring a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Prior finance/accounting internship experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with mutual fund operation tasks.
  • Monitor and record security transactions including trade and interest payments.
  • Prepare cash reconciliations.
  • Calculate and report on fund Net Asset Values daily.
  • Assist with management reporting activities.
  • Assist with client service inquiries.
  • Monitor and manage cash flows and expenses.
  • Analyze fund requests and manage distributions.
