Fund Administration / Fund Treasury Opportunity | Boston (Hybrid)

We\'re working with a well-established global investment manager on a Fund Administration / Treasury role supporting mutual funds and ETFs.

The role:

• Manage expenses, accruals, allocations, and management fee calculations across ~30 mutual funds & ETFs
• Act as primary contact with State Street for covered funds
• Exposure to additional structures (Australian trusts, potential private funds)
• Support board reporting, audits, fund launches/liquidations, and special projects
• Collaborative 7-person fund administration team (reporting + treasury)

What they\u2019re looking for:

• 3–5+ years of experience from public accounting, private accounting, fund administration, or an investment manager
• Strong understanding of mutual fund / ETF structures
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and Excel-proficient
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
