Job summary

Fountain Mortgage is seeking a Jr. Loan Officer to support Sr. Loan Officers with pre-approval analysis, program research, and scenario pricing. You will engage borrowers, review applications, and coordinate documentation to help expand production capacity.

You will work closely with Sr. LO, LOA, and processing teams to ensure accurate handoffs, professional communication, and a high standard of client service in a fast-paced mortgage environment in Prairie Village, KS.

Qualifications

• Licensing: Maintain required mortgage loan originator licensing and continuing education.
• Pre-approval: Analyze income, assets, liabilities, and credit to support pre-approvals.
• Pricing: Prepare pricing scenarios and financing options.
• Communication: Advocate borrower conversations and explain mortgage concepts professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage borrower leads and pre-approvals under Sr. LO guidance.
• Conduct mortgage consultations and review loan applications as directed.
• Support pre-approval analysis and document collection when requested.
• Review income, assets, liabilities, and credit to determine eligibility.
