Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is seeking a driven Junior Loan Officer to provide administrative support to loan officers, answer inquiries, and gather information from customers by email and phone. Marketing via social media and outreach to past customers will be key.

The role offers growth into other positions over time. Ideal candidates have prior sales or customer service experience, mortgage knowledge is preferred, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to Loan Officers and assist customers by email and phone.
• Gather information from customers and relay it to Loan Officers.
• Marketing via social media and outreach to past customers will be an important part of the role.
