Responsibilities

• Meet sales expectations, generate new business, get referrals, and monitor sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the senior MLO to recommend loan products suitable for applicants.
• Assemble financial information to assist with loan applications and assess eligibility.
• Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and realtors to ensure timely loan closings.
• Educate applicants about loan options and pricing to build strong client relationships.
