Mutual of Omaha Mortgage in Seven Hills, OH is seeking a Junior Mortgage Consultant to connect with customers by phone and email, guiding them through basic loan steps and gathering necessary information to move deals forward.

No mortgage experience is required as training is provided; many Junior Consultants advance to Mortgage Analyst roles with ongoing coaching and supportive leadership. This is a full-time position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Mortgage experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communicator who builds relationships easily.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone and email to answer basic loan questions.
• Gather information to move deals forward through the loan process.
• Assist with social media marketing and outreach to past clients.
• Support Mortgage Analysts and learn loan origination basics.
