Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a junior software engineer to join the Modeling and Simulation (M&S) development team in the United States. The role focuses on evolving the AFSIM framework, incorporating scenarios and models, and performing testing and verification within an agile environment.

Ideal candidates have a foundational degree in CS/CE/EE and hands-on experience with C++, C#, Python, or Java, along with CI/CD tools and source control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/CE/EE, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Evolve an existing Modeling & Simulation framework (AFSIM) and its codebase to customer needs.
• Incorporate scenarios and models into AFSIM while performing testing and verification.
• Collaborate within a diverse team, applying modern Agile development practices.
