Job summary

Arcfield in Middletown, RI seeks a Junior-Mid RMF ISSE to support A&A processes and maintain ATos for DoD systems. You will review RMF guidance, develop POA&Ms, Security Plans, and risk analyses, while ensuring continuous monitoring and compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in cybersecurity, RMF expertise, and an active Secret clearance. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in cybersecurity with RMF experience.
• Active Secret clearance and US citizenship.
• 8570.01M IAM/IAT Level II certification required.
• Experience developing RMF packages: POA&Ms, Security Plans, risk assessments.
• Knowledge of NIST SPs and RMF processes.

Responsibilities

• Support A&A activities to maintain ATOs for applications, networks, and devices.
• Review and implement RMF policies and procedures; update test results and PoAMs.
• Develop Security Plans, ROIs, and risk assessments; maintain system documentation.
• Provide eMASS guidance and training to team members.
• Attend stakeholder meetings; track actions and follow up.
