Job summary

DMI is seeking a Junior/Mid-Level Configuration Manager in Atlanta to maintain CMDB integrity across the IT environment. You will support ServiceNow CMDB, asset relationships, and configuration control to improve service delivery and change management effectiveness.

Work closely with infrastructure, applications, asset management, and ServiceNow teams to ensure data accuracy and ITIL-aligned processes. Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting Configuration Management, CMDB administration, Asset Management, or IT Operations.
• Experience working with ServiceNow CMDB or comparable ITSM platforms.
• Familiarity with ITIL Configuration and Change Management processes.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional technical teams.

About the Opportunity

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Experience supporting Federal IT environments.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Familiarity with software and hardware asset management.
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
