Valiant Technologies LLC in Raleigh, NC, seeks a Junior/Mid-level Java/Forms/Report Developer to support NC FAST Operations and Maintenance for the Medicaid program. You will build and maintain CURAM modules, custom Java components, and reports within the NC FAST application, focusing on notices, forms, and document generation.

Work with business analysts, senior engineers, and QA to ensure outputs meet policy, legislative, and technical standards, utilizing UML, XML configurations, and SQL

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Java EE development.
• Proficiency in Java, XML, XSD, XSLT, XSL-FO and SQL.
• Experience with Oracle/Oracle Utilities, StyleVision, XMLSpy, Apache FOP and SQL scripting.
• Hands-on experience using Eclipse, Oracle DB, and version control systems.
• Familiar with Agile development methodologies.
• Cúram experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Perform UML modeling and XML configuration as part of solution design.
• Design, modify, and enhance XML/XSL-based content for notices and forms.
• Develop SQL scripts, queries, and stored procedures.
• Conduct unit testing and participate in peer code reviews.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and QA to meet standards.
• Apply best practices to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in XML document generation and rendering.
