Robotic Technologies Automation in North Carolina seeks a Junior/Mid-level Java/Forms/Report Developer to support NC FAST Operations and Maintenance for Medicaid. Focus is on CURAM modules, custom Java components, and reports within NC FAST, including correspondence templates and document generation logic.

You will collaborate with business analysts, senior engineers, and QA to ensure outputs meet policy and technical standards. UML, XML configuration, and SQL scripting are key tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Java EE development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, XML, XSD, XSLT, XSL-FO, and SQL.
• Experience with Oracle, Oracle Utilities, Altova tools (StyleVision, XMLSpy), Apache FOP, SQL scripting.

Responsabilités

• Perform UML modeling and XML configuration as part of overall solution design.
• Design, modify, and enhance XML/XSL-based content for notices, forms, data transformations, and system-generated outputs.
• Develop SQL scripts, queries, and stored procedures to support application functionality, reporting needs, and data validation tasks.
• Conduct unit testing and participate in peer code reviews to ensure high-quality, reliable deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data structures and understand business requirements.
• Apply best practices to ensure code quality, system performance, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to XML document generation, rendering pipelines, and data processing components.
