Ethereum Technologies is seeking a Junior/Mid-level Java/Forms/Report Developer to support NC FAST Operations and Maintenance for the Medicaid program in North Carolina.

The role focuses on building and enhancing CURAM modules, custom Java components and reports within NC FAST, including correspondence templates, interactive forms, and document generation logic. Collaboration with analysts, senior engineers, and QA ensures compliance with policy and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Java EE development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, XML, XSD, XSLT, XSL-FO, and SQL.
• Experience with Oracle, Oracle Utilities, Altova tools (StyleVision, XMLSpy), Apache FOP, SQL scripting, and relational DB modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Eclipse, Oracle databases, and version control systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform UML modeling and XML configuration as part of solution design.
• Design and modify XML/XSL-based content for notices, forms, data transformations, and system outputs.
• Develop SQL scripts, queries, and stored procedures to support functionality and reporting.
• Conduct unit testing and participate in peer code reviews for quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data structures and requirements.
• Apply best practices to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot issues related to XML document generation and data processing.
