AgileEngine is seeking a Junior/Middle Computer Vision Engineer to support data preparation, model training, and evaluation for an AI team working with large-scale image and video datasets. You will curate annotation workflows, run training jobs, and help with benchmarks, collaborating with senior engineers.

This role offers a growth path into applied modeling or MLOps for an early-career engineer eager to gain hands-on AI experience, with onsite work in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, data science, ML, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Curate large-scale image/video datasets and manage labeling workflows.
• Run model training and evaluation jobs with efficient experiments.
• Document training results and track model performance over time.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze model failure cases and improve data/algorithms.
• Support AI/ML lifecycle tasks to accelerate production deployments.
