Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning, or a related field.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Foundational Python coding skills and understanding of machine learning concepts/workflows.
• US work authorization; onsite Dallas, TX; willing to work from office.

Responsibilities

• Curate large-scale image and video datasets, manage labeling workflows, ensure data quality.
• Run model training and evaluation jobs; ensure experiments run smoothly.
• Document training results and maintain evaluation benchmarks; track model performance over time.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze model failure cases and identify data/algorithmic improvements.
• Own foundational tasks supporting the AI/ML lifecycle to speed production deployments.
