AgileEngine is seeking a Junior/Middle Computer Vision Engineer to support data preparation, model training, and evaluation for an AI team handling large-scale image and video data. You will curate annotation workflows, run training jobs, and collaborate with senior engineers on failure-case analysis.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning, or a related field.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• US work authorization for any employer (no sponsorship).
• Engineers in the US must reside in Dallas, TX and be open to on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Curate large-scale image and video datasets and manage labeling workflows for dataset quality.
• Run model training and evaluation jobs to ensure experiments run smoothly.
• Document training results and maintain evaluation benchmarks and model performance over time.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze failure cases and identify data or algorithm improvements.
• Support foundational AI/ML tasks to accelerate production deployments.
