Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and monitor end-user IT automation equipment.
• Perform maintenance checks on conference room IT equipment.
• Resolve hardware and software issues to maintain system availability.
• Provide inventory and capability matrices monthly as required.
• Analyze support requests and resolve them within 10 business days.
• Manage equipment issue processes with Property Book Office.
• Handle daily printer management and provide after-hours support.
