The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and demonstrate well-rounded expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online and user training. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Well versed in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with client-side troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services.
• Ability to follow structured migration and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to end-users for Microsoft 365 services.
• Address and troubleshoot client-side issues related to Microsoft 365.
