Impact Fab, a family-owned custom fabrication shop in Holland, Michigan, seeks an Entry Level Metal Worker to join our team. You will work alongside skilled metalworkers to assist with fabrication, learn about metalworking and welding, and apply new skills to various projects.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Interest in learning about fabrication, welding, and metalworking.
Mechanical aptitude a plus.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
Dependability a must.

Responsibilities

Working alongside skilled metalworkers to assist with fabrication process
General shop responsibilities including organizing parts, clean up, basic fabrication
Learning about metalworking, welding, and fabrication
Applying skills learned to new jobs and projects
