Job summary

Sintel Inc. in Spring Lake, MI is seeking an entry-level Welder to join our metal fabrication team. You will set up and operate MIG welding equipment, read blueprints, and help produce high-quality components with safety and precision.

This 2nd shift position offers a four-day, 10-hour workweek and a 20% shift premium, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
