Energy Innovation Corp. is hiring a junior Medical Technologist in Carson City, NV to strengthen the quality of care our community depends on. This role offers a hybrid cadence, mentorship, and room to grow on a flexible schedule.

You will mentor residents, support bedside care and charting in NexGen/Epic environments, and ensure orders are closed accurately. A learner’s pace and cross-functional collaboration are essential as you build expertise.

Qualificações

• Pattern recognition across many healthcare engagements.
• Proven track record delivering results as a junior Medical Technologist.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to shifting requirements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with transferable ACLS chops.
• ACLS certification and related clinical skills.
• 1+ years building trust through consistent, reliable work.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor junior Medical Technologist residents through early procedures.
• Support bedside care and NexGen charting load.
• Close the loop on every order: placed, acknowledged, completed, charted.
• Manage wound care, IV therapy and routine interventions.
• Verify blood products with a second technologist before transfusion.
• Run NexGen and Epic Systems protocols with precision.
• Escort fragile patients to procedures and monitor telemetry.
