Job summary

Publicis Groupe ANZ is seeking an Associate to start a career in advertising, with extensive training through the Publicis Media Training Program. You will support client media plans, manage relationships with clients, vendors, and agencies, and help craft recommendations on when to spend advertising dollars.

You will work on client teams across analytics, buying, planning, programmatic, digital, search, content and social, gaining hands-on exposure and mentorship while developing solid media

Qualifications

• Thrives in a team, can meet deadlines and multitask.
• Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and present results.
• Interest in creativity and consumer behavior shaping brand interactions.
• Experience developing and presenting ideas and plans.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team brainstorms to develop plan and consideration sets.
• Assist in evaluating RFPs, contracting rates and optimizing program value.
• Create and present media plans, tactical decks and related documents.
• Meet vendors to stay informed on marketplace innovations and relationships.
• Project manage programs from proposal to end date with specs and assets.
• Generate insertion orders, trafficking, and post-launch info for clients.
