As we continue to grow our advertising agency, Client Accelerators is seeking a Media Buyer / Digital Marketing Manager to research, strategize, & then run ads across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google & other platforms.

We currently spend over $3 Million Dollars a Month across these platforms and you’ll be helping increase that to $5 Million a month this year.

You will be working with some of the biggest names in the expert & consulting industry, clients like Russell Brunson, Anik Singal, Mike Tyson, Dan Bilzerian, & many more.

You’ll work within a pod of videographers, copywriters, strategists, and data scientists to plan each client, forecast the targets we need to hit, script & direct each creative, then launch and work to hit forecasted targets every single quarter.

Responsibilities
  • Media Buying: Manage advertising campaigns across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google Search & Display, with daily budgets of $50,000 - $75,000. Be prepared for rapid scaling on successful campaigns.
  • Forecasting: Create scenarios to meet client targets by analyzing current ad metrics, conversion rates, and developing improved forecasts by optimizing CPC, conversion rates, etc.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance data of creatives, landing pages, and offers to optimize effectiveness and identify opportunities.
  • Funnel Strategy: Identify underperforming pages within sales funnels to improve conversion rates and revenue.
  • Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to develop new angles and ideas that drive campaign success.
  • Brainstorm growth strategies and campaign ideas to differentiate from competitors.
  • Competitor Research: Use existing successful strategies in niches to inspire ad and funnel development, avoiding reinventing the wheel.
Results
  • Achieve 80% of projected quarterly bonus from client revenue.
  • Meet 75% of client quarterly profit goals.
  • Hit 100% of quarterly ad budget targets.
  • Maintain a ‘B+’ rating or higher during quarterly reviews.
Communication Expectations
  • Use Skype for internal communication and Slack for client interactions.
  • Prioritize over-communication and prompt responses.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and daily stand-ups with pod leads.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of direct response marketing experience.
  • At least 2 years in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns with $40K+ monthly spend.
  • Self-starter with initiative, able to work independently on multiple projects.
  • Curious mindset, eager to learn and adapt.
  • Persistent and resilient in achieving goals.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven decision maker.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In the first 2-4 months, capable of building structured ad accounts, scaling campaigns, and managing 5-7 clients effectively, utilizing tools like Hyros and Google Sheets.
