Job summary

NANA Worley, LLC in Anchorage, Alaska is seeking a developing designer to support senior designers and engineers by preparing drawings, 3D models, and related design documentation. This full-time, non-rotational role focuses on applying established design practices under guidance.

Candidates will use AutoCAD and MS Office to produce material take-offs, perform design tasks, and contribute to project success in oil & gas environments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent years of design experience.
• Minimum three (3) years experience in mechanical/piping drafting and design in the oil & gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Interprets and applies codes, procedures, standards and specifications to produce designs conforming to codes and specs.
• Accurately develops material takeoffs and estimates.
• Operates AutoCAD systems and uses computer-assisted design software and equipment.
• Inspects equipment for conformance with design specifications and analyzes performance requirements.
